Long Forgotten

When I was younger I was always told that this building was built for the Second World War, I'm not ENTIRELY sure that's true... But it's a relatively small square building, just a little higher than my head height, (I'm 5'4), with a flat roof and these little block windows on each wall. It seems really out of place on the river bank....
